1、 TJSPICE Universal Circuit SPICE Simulator

This product integrates rich SiC&GaN, CMOS, Bipolar and other device models, and its accuracy has been recognized as Golden level by industry benchmark customers. 2、 SIDesigner Signal Integrity Simulation Platform

In response to the high throughput and bandwidth requirements of 5G/AI, the high-speed SerDes interface has been introduced into applications. As the SerDes data rate increases to double digit Gbps, BERs smaller than 1e-12 require longer Bit Stream Simulation. If traditional SPICE engines are still used for such simulations,it cannot satisfy the efficiency requirement. At the exhibition, Julin displayed SIDesigner signal integrity simulation platform. SIDesigner can provide fast eye diagram and bathtub curve calculations, validate BER performance through industry-leading channel simulation algorithms, and accurately capture the nonlinear effects of SerDes systems. Supports statistical analysis, PDA analysis, and Bit by Bit eye diagram analysis of all interfaces in two modes: using or not using the AMI model, making design choices more flexible. By changing both channel parameters and TX/RX IBIS AMI parameters, the channel design margin and optimal design configuration can be quickly evaluated.
