With the continuous increase in data transmission rate, the signal will be attenuated and reflected during transmission, resulting in signal distortion, affecting the reliability of data transmission; high-speed signals will lead to mutual interference, especially high-density memory devices, the crosstalk problem will be more serious; high-speed signal timing errors will affect the accuracy of data transmission, resulting in data loss or error. The requirements for simulation verification are also getting higher and higher. When the frequency of high-speed links is high to a certain extent, the existing instruments are no longer able to measure the signal eye diagrams, which makes it more difficult to verify the simulation results, and there is an urgent need for a signal integrity simulation tool with TRUE-SPICE level accuracy.
